Avylo Private Beta Terms of Service (version private-alpha-v1)
1. Who we are. Avylo is an AI architecture-design service operated, during this private beta, by Mohamed Habib Allah Bibani, an individual in Tunisia. Avylo has no registered company yet. Contact: contact@avyloai.com.
2. Private beta. Access is by invitation only. The service is experimental, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and is provided "as is" without warranties of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Your account. You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for activity under your account and must keep your GitHub credentials secure. Do not share access or attempt to access other users' projects.
4. Your content. You keep ownership of the projects, text and documents you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Content only to operate the service for you, including sending it to the AI provider described in our Privacy Notice to generate results.
5. AI output. Output is generated automatically, may be wrong or incomplete, and must be reviewed by you before use. You are responsible for decisions made using it. Do not submit secrets, credentials, personal data of others or confidential material you are not allowed to share.
6. Acceptable use. Do not break the law, attack or overload the service, bypass limits or credits, reverse engineer it, or use it to produce harmful or infringing material. We may suspend access to protect the service or other users.
7. Credits and limits. AI use is metered by credits and daily limits that we set and may change. Beta credits have no cash value.
8. Feedback. Feedback you give may be used to improve Avylo without obligation to you.
9. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits arising from use of the beta. Keep your own copies of anything important.
10. Ending use. You may stop using Avylo and ask us to delete your account and projects by emailing the contact above. We may end the beta or your access at any time.
11. Changes and law. We may update these terms; continued use after a new version is published means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, and the courts of Tunisia have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live.
